"Optimal You" is a systematic, evidence based, professionally personalized program for achieving your Optimal Health Potential. This is accomplished through an in-depth personal inventory and health analysis, followed by one-on-one counseling and health coaching in a compassionate, open, nonjudgmental, client centered atmosphere. Clients are taught to integrate healthy insights through self-reflection into meaningful changes that result in reaching their desired levels of optimal health and wellness. This personalized program will help to identify and achieve their health goals through a peaceful, enlightening and enjoyable journey.
My goal is to offer guidance and inspiration and help shift their behavior toward healthier habits by making step by step changes in both nutrition and lifestyle. My clients will learn about healthy foods, the concept of "primary foods" meaning, relationships, physical activity, career and spirituality. This will result in the understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for them.
